Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. On your payment statement, the merchant of record will read HS – DELTA SHOP.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

Instead, you will need to process a return within 30 days of delivery, following the return instructions via the Delta Shop Returns Portal found in your confirmation email.

No, at this time, we do not offer gift cards for Delta Shop merchandise, and Delta Air Lines gift cards are not accepted for payment on this site.

Order Fulfillment/Shipping

We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $75 before taxes are applied. For domestic orders under $75 before tax, a flat shipping rate fee of $9.95 is applied at checkout.

For international orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $18.99 USD will be applied to all orders. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

Returns/Exchanges

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your purchase. Products are eligible for returns through our Delta Shop Returns Center if they are unworn, undamaged, in "as new" condition, and you have initiated the return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

You will have 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return. You will be refunded the cost of the items returned (less the $9.95 return shipping fee), which will go back on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
